At this time, we do not service motorcycles, RVs, or heavy-duty diesel trucks.

Appointments are recommended to make sure we can plan ahead and have any parts ready. But we also accept on-call and same-day service requests when available. If you need help right away, just call or text us at (916) 501-9621 and we’ll do our best to get to you as quickly as possible.

We respond to most quote requests within 30 minutes during business hours. At the latest, you’ll hear back from us within the same day.

At this time, we do not accept personal checks.

No deposit is required for the services we provide. Since we don’t handle large engine swaps or similar major jobs, most of our work is billed at the time of service. You only pay once the job is complete.

No — there are no travel fees within our main service areas of Sacramento County and Alameda County. For jobs in neighboring counties, a small travel fee may apply depending on distance. We’ll always let you know up front before scheduling, so there are no surprises.

Yes! At A2Z Mobile Mechanics & More, we stand by our work. All labor is backed by a 12-Month warranty (or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first). Any parts we supply are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please note: customer-supplied parts are not covered under our warranty. If you experience any issues related to our workmanship within the warranty period, we’ll make it right at no additional cost.

If the issue is related to our workmanship and occurs within our 12-Month labor warranty (or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first), we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
If the issue is due to a defective part we supplied, it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we’ll assist you with the replacement process.
Problems caused by unrelated issues, accidents, or customer-supplied parts are not covered, but we’ll still be happy to take a look and provide a new estimate.

Yes — you can supply your own parts if you’d like. However, please note that customer-supplied parts are not covered under our warranty. If a part you provide fails, you would be responsible for replacement and any additional labor costs.
For the best results, we recommend allowing us to source the parts, since we work with trusted suppliers and those parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

We can provide both OEM (original manufacturer) and aftermarket parts, depending on your preference and budget. OEM parts usually cost more but match your vehicle’s original specs, while aftermarket parts can be more affordable and still reliable.
If you’re unsure which option is best, we’ll explain the differences and help you choose what works for your needs and budget.
We never install low-quality parts — only options we trust for your safety and performance.

We prefer that you are present when we arrive, but you don’t need to stay for the entire repair. As long as we have access to the vehicle, keys, and a safe space to work, we can complete the job while you go about your day.
Many of our customers love the convenience of getting work done while they’re at home or work.

All we need is:

If special parts are required, we’ll confirm those with you before starting the job.

Yes — limited emergency and after-hours service may be available depending on location and technician availability. If you need urgent help, call or text us at (916) 501-9621 and we’ll let you know right away if we can come out. (Our services exclude towing)

We are not a towing company, but if your request is within the services we provide (such as diagnostics or minor repairs) and it’s safe for us to work, we may be able to assist you roadside. In these cases, an additional safety/travel fee may apply.
If your vehicle requires towing or is in an unsafe location (such as a busy highway), we recommend having it towed to a safe spot, where we can then perform the necessary repairs.

Yes — our schedule is flexible. While our basic hours are Mon–Tue: 10:30 AM – 9 PM, Wed–Thu: by appointment, and Fri–Sun: 7 AM – 10 PM, we understand car troubles don’t always happen on schedule. We may be able to accommodate after-hours or emergency requests, depending on availability. Please note that hours are subject to change and an additional fee may apply outside of regular times.
