Welcome to A2Z Mobile Mechanics & More. By using our website, booking appointments, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
We provide mobile mechanic services including but not limited to: diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs performed at customer locations. Availability may vary depending on location, scheduling, and parts availability.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are estimates only and may change if additional work or parts are required.
Customers will be notified of changes in cost before additional work is performed.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards (via the Moby 5500 card reader).
Failure to pay may result in collection actions or legal remedies.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle (year, make, model, VIN if requested).
Customers must ensure safe access to the vehicle (driveway, parking lot, or other approved space).
We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible vehicles or unsafe conditions.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
6. Warranty and Liability
Labor Warranty: 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first). If an issue arises due to our workmanship, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
Parts Warranty: Manufacturer’s warranty applies to all new parts we supply.
Exclusions: No coverage for customer-supplied parts, damage from neglect, misuse, accidents, or unrelated repairs/modifications after service.
Liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
7. Use of Website
Our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of A2Z Mobile Mechanics & More.
You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse content without permission.
8. Privacy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in California courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
